Screen shot an image - if you're using Windows there'll be a button called 'Prnt Scrn'.

Go to Paint or something and crop out what you don't want.

Upload your desired image to an image hosting website, I use tinypic.

Get the code. If you want to post it in-game you have to convert it from IMG = img. On the forum it's okay to leave it in IMG format.
