Fixed Bireme Startup quest not activating

Hi, I have completed the build 10 biremes quest in Eubea (En70) but it is not registering that I have done so and thus the quests are not progressing. Any help greatly appreciated. :)

Failed for me too on Dyme. File a support ticket, they fix it real quick.
