Troops > Points > BP

Points mean who can get to conquest quickest.

i'll rather have a 500 offensive and defensive troops before i am able to conquer then be first to conquer and not be able to attack or defend and have 900 BP so i can clear and conquer two cities without any trouble

Thats why i said;

Troops > Points > BP

Generally holding the conquest if its a good one will get you the 900 BP.
