its actually pronounced Mi (sounds like "me") and the same for Ni in greek.
Mu or Nu, are probably more greek-ish than greek.

Since we have horseman that resemble knights, this means in Nu we have knights who are from "Ni" or who might say "Ni" and thus have a relentless hunger for a shrubbery!
