its actually pronounced Mi (sounds like "me") and the same for Ni in greek.

Mu or Nu, are probably more greek-ish than greek.

I found this site (http://www.foundalis.com/lan/grkalpha.htm) which has the audio pronunciation of Modern Greek letters.

Since we have horseman that resemble knights, this means in Nu we have knights who are from "Ni" or who might say "Ni" and thus have a relentless hunger for a shrubbery! :D
