Can't log in Edessa

A friend of mine and player in Edessa world can't log in.He is trying 2 hours now
Any suggestions?

Please be aware that the server is up and running.
If the player still is not able to get into the server please have him send in a support ticket via the link in my signature. The in-game team will be better able to help with his issue(s).
