i am unable to mass mail even though i have the right to do so... on clicking send nothing happens... not even the message that display and ask for the the words to type appear
a quick search of the bug forums yields almost 20 threads about mass mails, most of which are the same minor, cache-related issues which can be solved by refreshing your page and/or clearing your cache.
if, on the other hand, that doesn't solve your problem then post here again (preferably with the format given in the stickies)
