If you have weakend attack/or defence say for 3 hours. If you send an attack force or visa verse and travel time is say 3:30:00 will the effect still be applied to your attack/defence? Or since the time ran out right before your attack landed the debuff is taken away? Thanx!

As far as i know, once the buff/debuff timer is up, the effect is removed. but im not 100% sure on that
