City view popup?

Hi,

How do you turn off the city view pop up? I only want to view the city in full screen and just recently it has started opening as a popup with no way of opening the view fully. Is this a game feature change or is it just me?

You downloaded DIO-tools which for some weird reason now has that as the default.

Settings > Dio-tools in the bottom > Quack > uncheck "city view"
