Conquest and Revolt problems

Do you have your harbor at lvl 20?
And did you research the research for it?
Do you have 170 free farms spaces?

It just hit me that that might be the problem. It gave a misleading message that I had 0/170 vs the actual number I have/170.

The following need to be true:

1. Your harbor needs to be level 20 or above.
2. Your academy needs to be 22nd level or above.
3. In your academy, you need to have researched "colony ship".
4. You need 170 open farm spaces
5. You need the proper building permits from your local Building, Zone & Code Enforcement Department.

Remember, all this will allow you to do is start a NEW city. If you want to conquer an existing city.... and WHO doesn't... You need your academy at level 28+ and you need to also have researched "conquest".

CS disapeared

I completed first conquest successfully in Xi. Battle results showed no casualties-there were no enemy units. After receiving message that conquest was successful I recalled that whole attack force, but everything came back except CS- and it's not showing as being in conquered city. Where did it go?

I am sure the CS does not come back after you conquer a city, even if you do not lose it in the battle.

Think of the CS as a resource that gets consumed when you takeover another city. The population is refunded to you and you lose the CS.
