Can Democracy work in world Lambda? It has not worked in my alliance though.

its been going good so far i mean im the leader and they will listen to what i say but i usually talk it out with the alliance first

Democracy is only as good as your willingness to listen and have good judgement. I too have an alliance and I use democracy in combination with a council, it works well. But, if the members dont trust you or you become a little to power-drunken, members will begin to make plans to leave or resist you! :supermad:

well true but i think my memebrs trust me i have been here 4 months now and not one problem well mayby two bumps but that's it
