Distance Time Bar?

I'm not finding the Distance Time Bar in 2.0.
But I could be an idiot.

Is it here or is there an easier way to see if an attack includes a CS?

You mean where the time it takes a given unit to go form your town to where your cursor is? You do that by clicking one of the units on the right of the screen. Originally, I only found it by accident

I didn't get what that was, I assumed it just expanded your items to list all.... didn't know the measure was there.
