I don't think this happened immediately after the update but in the past ~12 hours from this post. I now have several cities like this:

Used to fit 150 birs in there but to get it to zero it's 149.

Did you accept troops from something? If not, then I would send in a support ticket.

There was an error with farm space which was fixed with yesterday's update. Probably your fp was wrong (or the update broke more stuff) Seen numerous players mention this last night/today
