Forced loyalty but cities revolting?

Be kind it's my first post on here.
I'm using forced loyalty but cities are revolting whilst i loot? i had similar trouble last night and again today.

Any visuals?? You might be using decreasing loyalty instead.

definitely forced loyalty. Sorry may have posted a bit too early, i will try a different browser and clearing cache as the guide suggests and reply if there's still an issue.

That's because forced loyalty only prevents the mood of the farming village from dropping, it does not prevent revolts ;-) If the mood of a farming village is under 80% and uyou loot, even when using forced loyalty, there is a risk that the village will revolt.
