It is, but Zeus is the "mightiest god of them all", so EQ's only take one level down because Zeus decides that he will let your EQ take down only one level of the wall.

Yes and No. Poseidon is the God of Earthquakes as well as the sea. Actually, Call of the Ocean and Sea storm is less appropriate. Aeolus gives him the power of the wind. What happens without wind? No waves...Aeolus is scared of Poseidon ( or related...one of the two ) so he gives him the power of the wind. So, in the long run, Poseidon is nothing except the God of Earthquakes without Aeolus.
