The 'hammer' in the city overview doesn't work in (for me) IE, and in chrome only once, after that i need to refresh to get it working again (for me).

i have been trying this feature out also, using chrome, and when i open the city overview and the 1st time i click on the hammer button, it works, but after that it won't work again until i close the city overview and re-open it. then it only works once again.
