Pending Hero travelling endlessly

I sent Heracles off to attack a random city on my island and the battle happened as normal and my troops returned home when they should and I got my loot. However, Heracles never returned home, in fact for some reason the game still thinks and says Heracles is on his way towards the city even though he already fought a battle in the city. He's stuck travelling through an abyss of nothingness at the moment.

Logging in again this morning and now Heracles is back. It can't have just been a UI bug though because I tried to attack with him and it just wouldn't let me. Is a ticket still useful given that the bug currently isn't present?

This probably would have been solved by clearing your cache/cookies and reloading your page. It doesn't really matter either way now that he's back, but keep it in mind for future reference. This does sound like a user-end bug.

If the issue has already resolved itself, there isn't much for us to check. If it happens again please do put in a ticket though.
