Where the person who keeps attacking me is based? It's really buggin me now!!! He must attack me at least once a day and I have no idea how to retaliate coz I don't know where he is! I know his name but not where he is...

jmima if you can't find out where he is your in a bad state of affairs, and can change your town name to, "harvest crops here"
But in the interest of giving you a fair shot...
Try this. Go to your reports and look at the report and click on the NAME of the person who is attacking or the town he is attacking from.
If you click on the name, hit the little X by the name of the city and it will take you to his town. You can then attack back by clicking on it and hitting the orange spear. He will probably be on the same island or one close by.
