How inrease free population?

Hi,
My free population dropped from 300 to 2 (farm level 22, academy 23, senat23).
I cannot do plenty action for a moment.What to do to increase free population?

Build your farm or demolish buildings, but suggested you build your farm.

Smuggle some pop from other cities. If that don't work get a huge magnet and continually wipe it against your computer/laptop.

I find getting attacked frees up plenty of population,

Can't Thermal Baths

My Farm is at lvl 40, and it won't let me build Thermal Baths. It says: "Not enough farm spaces"

What does it mean?

It means you dont have the free population space for thermal baths.

It takes 60 pop space to make thermal baths. When you have 60 free pop you can make the thermal baths. It gives you more than the 60 pop space.

As for smuggling pop from other cities. No thats not possible. Believe me i have tried lol

It is "sort of possible" to smuggle people from other cities. If the city is meant to be offensive, then defend the city with population of another city. You could defend with as many units as you want but the offensive units would of course still be limited according to the city configuration.
