How is Morale calculated?

Hi I was just wondering how I calculate morale? I really wish there were a calculator built in along with the simulator.

[ (defender points/attacker points) x 3 + 0.3] x 100

and capped at 100% of course

With update 2.0.3, whenever you have your attack window open you will be told what your morale is going be for that attack. No more guess work, an excellent feature in my opinion.

And with 2.02 you could get the morale for attacking an arbitrary player in the simulator
