so this morning I had no problems
Now when I go into a game I can not do anything
not open not even a forum or message

You didn't answer my question, So i'll be a bit less vague.
1. Somewhere in your browser bar or perhaps beside it, you should see a symbol that resembles a big long arrow being tortured into a circular shape. Click this.
2. The next step is a bit more complex. You need to do a google search for "Your Browser clear cache and cookies", of course where it is your browser replace it with the browser you're using.

Im having the exact same issue, cleared Cache and cookies still wont load! have started a similar thread to this as well, really frustrating when alliance relies on me and cant log in at all!

Cannot log in
I have tried to log in this morning. The graphic "LOGIN" toggle does not react and will not let me log in. I have cleared the cache, memory, history and all - full reboot and still the same issue.

Seems to me the connection may be at fault. That either solves itself with time, or you can try restarting your computer or refreshing your Internet connection.

Issues like this are almost always a cache/browser/connection issue, generally in that order.
