I think it was a combination of the world being released so shortly after Abdera and having a less than ideal setup. People tend not to like Morale active in revolt, at least in my experience. It seems to eb heating up now regardless.

I also didn't see any announcements for this world, normally they put a new world opening on the homepage, not this time.

But yes, hopefully it does start filling up haha.
