Your city will suffer the following effect for a brief period:
Weakened defense

Defending units in the city are -30% weaker for 4 hours 30 minutes.

However, the spell is enacted for whole 13.5 hours, rather than the brief period.

world is en58, just incase it mattered.

This is only a display bug, the window was not updated to reflect the new spell length.
It has been reported for a fix, sorry for any inconvenience.
