Hey. I got the Land Expansion Bonus from an island quest and it says that it gives 100 pop at any time. How do I use it?

Well
When you click accept award you'll receive 2 options. Store or use.
If you want to use it, then make sure you are on the city you want it enacted on. So if you want it on city 2, then make sure you have the city overview of city 2.
Then click 'use' and the 100 pop will be added to city 2.
You'll see this by a little symbol under your city name.

I am believe - you have get +100 population already. And static icon in Your city.

Yeah, how do you get the 100 population that is apparently permanently available.

The population is applied once you have casted the spell.
