I'm looking for an alliance that is elite, aggressive, and active to join. I have 3 years of experience and i'm playing in the US server, and I can help out with leadership.

Not much decent alliances around yet, many are MRA-ish. I recommend that you wait a bit for a day or two till more natural leaders come out :)
