is there a way where i can get the maps and outlines for all aliances and pacts. i have heard that from one of my friend that in his alliance they are using it.(SW)

you can make em and then edit them by using a graphics editing program

If you want simply a basic map, head to Grepolis Maps... If you want it more for your alliance and for it to look nicer and better presented, follow one of the tutorials above depending on what program you have. I <3 Paint.Net (hence why I created such guide), though GIMP is great too
