Due to the lack of data that was available to get these milestones off the ground I have had to make it so that other than 1 milestone, no one has got any of them just yet.

Milestones are notable achievements for the player who manages to make it to there, therefore I will only be placing the person who reaches the milestone first on this list.

If a milestone has been reached please post the player who has reached it and the date when it is reached, I'll add both to the list.
 
Aliens was the first person to get a second town, whether it was conquered or colonized, I don't know.
 
I've looked at Grepolis World and Grepolis Stats and they both say Essex got his second town on 13.02.10 and Aliens got his on the 17th.

I think the best way to be sure would be to ask both of them.
