Then he shouldnt be in the alliance. Inactive players you either absorb their cities into your own or you cut them loose from the alliance. Wether he is active or not who builds 2 colony ships in the same city.

I knew that. I bet those CS were stashed there by other members of the alliance thinking they'd be safe. Fail!

How do you not tripwire an inactive member's city? Or send biremes to defend your hidden CSs? Ok that's enough advice for one post.

Btw a curious idea to leave him the city that was closest to me "in case he decided to come back". You guys gave him a very short deadline.
