Yup mods get them and last year people high up on the speed server won things they're was outrage when scarves and t-shirts started arriving they thought they had won sometihng decent.

It wasn't an appealing thought walking into town with a grepolis scarf around your neck i think
I honestly can't say I've ever seen many men who can pull off a scarf so that might have been one part of it
