I don't think it's possible to delay the release and no the artifact won't be changed as it has been ages since Ambrosia has been used...

I don't know if we can fully change so many different heroes so in most cases just buffing the rate at which the resource heroes improve...

Again I do not know if I can get it fixed, I'll certainly try/ask but I can't make any promises.
