Seen this kind of thing a few times. Upsilon, Drunken Pacifists had an average points of 0 (Impossible) and also seen it on TW a couple of times. Just a server glitch I would assume.

It's not hacking and it's nothing to do with the servers but it is a 'glitch' basically when a player leaves he can do so in a fashion that allows the game to think several players left. Anyone can do it if they know how.
