Nintendo is basically set for life with pokemon, mario and zelda. They can re-release these games every 2 years with some new fancy mechanics and story.

Well, if they didn't spend 2 whole years on a video-game it wouldn't be as awesome.

Why hasn't somebody made a MLP: FIM video-game? It would be cool.

Because it'd be a boring cash in aimed at little girls. There are some fan-made ones on the internet. The best one I've found is 'Story of the blanks'. Another nice one is an edited version of 'Robot Unicorn Attack' called 'Rainbow Dash Attack'
