I never thought I would have to resort to external forum recruitment, but it seems like all the active and aggressive players (and those that can find their mailbox) ended up somewhere other than ocean 34.

-High ABP to points ratio - excellent for morale activated worlds
I've seen a whole lot of what appear to be MRA's in Athens (their tentacles even reach ocean 34) who have members in every ocean in the world and I would literally die if they ended up winning Athens.
If you want to work with players that are actually in the same neighborhood as you, who can reach you in time to support you and attack with you then please consider "Scared Hitless".
