yeah... rules are rules... the alliance member requirement has been made so we don't have a "super elite" alliance of a small bunch claiming high point average. Imagine 3 of top 10 ranked players (from same alliance) always forming an alliance for the average points and then disbanding and rejoining the main alliance. I felt the requirement of 30 in server alliance cap 100 is reasonable.
