On Revolt versus Vacation Mode

If a player has a city in revolt, must not put vacation mode. This is very bad. I feel hurt. Now I can not conquer that player.
Missing two hours to end the revolt.
The player is AhRay in aliance The Spartans. Etha world.

*facepalm vacation mode takes 2 days to activate... So obviously he had activated it before he had known that he would be put under revolt...

He might have had an idea that someone was going to conquer him…

Maybe you should suggest an improvement e.g. maximum 2 week consecutive vacation mode.
