Not a Bug Possible Bug Found

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or just my mistake, if it is can somebody tell me how i correct it!
It is in OLYMPUS.
I click on espionage but it tells me i have no silver. I have put in 1,500. It won't let me put any in either. HELP!

Did you set silver in your cave?

You probably sent it all on a mission. You can't put any in when your spy is travelling.

Did your cave got bolted to lvl1?
