You know the drill, you rate the alliance stated by the person based on these 10 well thought of categories.

Aggression: /10
Alliances Defeated: /10
Teamwork: /10
Defensive Skills: /10
Leadership: /10
Spread: /10

Reputation: /10
Reputation: /100
Remember folks you need to state what alliance you are in after you are done for the next person to rate. To avoid the same alliance getting rated twice in a row, if you just rated your own alliance state the name of another Xi alliance you would like to see get rated instead.
Points: If they have lots of points with an high avarage it's a 10/10, if they they have lots of points with an okay avarage 8/10, if they have a decent amount of points with an high avarage 6/10, if they have a decent amount of points with a poor avarage 4/10, if they have a small amount of points with a poor avarage 0/10.
Aggression: /10 - Based on amount of ABP acquired, oceans covered and amount of pacts made.
Alliances Defeated: Not just through war but by stealing members, P&P, through influence (using allies) and treachery.
Teamwork: If you don't know first hand go based coordination, compatibility and amount of cities gained through conquest.
Defensive Skills: If you don't know first hand go based on number of cities lost.
Leadership: ---
Spread: If they are spread evenly across their ocean(s) it's 10/10 if they are highly densed over a small amount of ocean for their size 5/10 if they are spread across too many oceans for their size to be able to support each other 0/10
Deadweight: How many active and inactive members.
Longevity: If you think they will be here in a year from now it's 10/10 coz no alliance lasts forever.
Reputation: Go with what you think is a good rep is in this game because it's basically how respect it deserves in your eyes.
