Rescaling pictures for your profile picture

Ok ive got a slight issue of having a terrible grep game profile picture,
ive a picture i like and i use it as my sig but i cant rescale it.
does anyone know how??

hmm... I made it the right size but it is to detailed for your actual grep profile pic.
Its too much memory so it is not 180kb or less.
well thats one way of wasting my time. Could of done something interesting like gone and played footy or something.
Oh yeah who supports what team???
Im a mad Tottenham Hotspur fan!
