Attention: We understand you are frustrated about the number of bugs that have appeared in the game, the server lags, and the response errors. We are reporting these. They are known issues, the Devs are fully aware of each issue. However, your 'demands' on either the Mod Team or the Devs are unreasonable. You are asking for the Devs to fix these issues within days when they have to go through all of the coding, try to find all of the possible reasons for the issue, test various 'fixes' and then implement this within hours or days. That sort of thing does not happen.
Demanding that the Mods provide you with more information than they have available is also completely ridiculous and unnecessary. The Mod Team is made up of volunteers who are trying to help make the game a more enjoyable one. Answering your questions and offering solutions in here is what they are doing. Ridiculing them for what you percieve are failings is not appreciated and I expect that this attitude will change.
If we offer solutions, please try them. If it doesn't work, and you tell us this, that is more information that we can pass along. However, if you really want to help ensure that these bugs get fixed quicker and with fewer issues, you need to provide as much information as you can. We need to know:

- Time and date it occurred
- What you were doing (as detailed as possible)
- Whether you tried using other browsers
- Screenshots to help illustrate
- And anything else you think may be relevant

- Rants about an issue
- Complaining about the issue
- Derisive comments about the Devs or Mods
- Demands for quicker service or fixes
- Moaning about lack of delivery of the product
None of the above will help us to solve these problems any quicker.
