Sending resources from one city to another

How do I send resources from a colonized city to my primary city? I can trade with farming villages or with other players, but cannot figure out how to send resources from city #2 to city #1.

Get a market lvl 10, and then press on your main city (from colonized city), and press trade.

That will send the resources to the main city.
