I see this as a major bug. Say Alliance A has a forum tab they share with Alliance B.
Once shared Alliance B has the ability to delete it altogether - which also removes it from Alliance A's forum!
This should not be allowed.
I know, because I accidentally wiped out an entire alliance's forum tabs thinking the "x" meant to unshare.
