1. When a siege is broken by an attack, do the remaining CS city's units automatically return or do they stick as support?

2. If the CS is withdrawn presumably the siege stops, but all other non-withdrawn units (from CS city) remain as support?

3. Can the CS city withdraw all land units or all battling naval units (LS/Bir/Tri/Hydra) without withdrawing the CS?

4. If yes to (3), does the siege automatically stop? If yes, what happens to the CS (and remaining units from CS city)?

1. All troops that were with the CS will return (will say returnee).

2. Yes, support from the CS city which was left there must be withdrawn manually.

3. No, you maintain the minimum number of units required to conquer a city (1 fighting ship and at least 1 unit).
