Inactive Topic Sound alarm + pop up notification with attack planner

Proposal: 1 minute before an attack is due to launch, have a sound + pop up notification from grepolis if you're not in the game in addition to the dropping swords.

Reason: It's quite tiring having to hawk your screen with grepolis when you have 50 or more attacks to time and launch. It'd be nice to be able to go off for a bit between timing attacks without having to set a timer or something similar on a phone for each time you want to do something else.

I like the idea of making it more obvious when an attack is due to send, usually I just use phone alarm though
