A very short main character spy dude with a laser cannon strapped to his forehead. He should also have a special vaporizer beam shooter attached to his middle finger that explodes the nearest person every time he puts up the finger. :D

oh wait, its gotta be realistic.

Alright, here: An evil russian villain that spits out radioactive hairballs. Oh yeah, and a double agent sidekick with a head as big as his body. :D

a teenage spy who has discovered his parents were spies, sadly their dead, the boy decides to take his parents place and works for their agency and has a mission to go undercover to an area where his parents killer may be located.
