Which troops when u spy see? All from that city or just that one who are curently in. Do u see troops too if they are outside farming or supporting somebody.

Actually, you're wrong.

A successful spy report shows all troops currently in that city. That includes troops sent to that city as support.

It does not show troops 'made' in that city that are not currently in that city.



Example A: I have a city with 100 light ships and 100 biremes. I launch the 100 light ships at a random target. If you spy on the city before they return, you'll only see the 100 biremes.

Example B: I have a city with 250 biremes in it. I get support from 3 other cities with a total of 750 more biremes. If you spy on the city, you'll see 1000 biremes in it.
