Stupid GFX Program

Ok here is a thread where you can rant about how much you love but hate you GFX program ok here's my story:

Mr. Gimp 2.8 is watching DIS make an awesome signature right as he is about to finish he decides to crash! Bye Bye awesome piece! Mr. Gimp says. 30 mins later he does it again, Bye Bye Awesome piece and crashes agian and then 45 mins later it happens all over again he crashes right as Im almost done sheesh:supermad:! Gimp must hate me or something crashes 3 times in a 1 and a half hour time period wow! Now tell me what your program does to be dumb.

okay you cant save with my gimp it flattens the layers if you do

I know this is an old thread, but when similar story happened to me, I, very quickly, developed a habit of pressing ctl+S. I press that probably every 1-2 minutes or every 3-5 changes to the picture I am working at. And it did saved me a couple of times from loosing my image.
