Posting this here as I'm not feeling confident I'd get a response any other way.

I appreciate moderators are volunteers; however it is a little upsetting when one has to wait nearly 36 hours for an initial response to an enquiry - and it's even less of a positive experience when that first response is badly written, factually inaccurate and the moderator concerned does not appear to know how to use a game feature that is introduced in the Tutorials phase of the game. (With the introduction of Battle Point Villages it's probably going to be lost totally).


Much is said about poor support by the mods - well, players who think that they are more competent than the mods who reply to them should get off their rear ends and apply. Start being part of the solution instead of part of the problem.
