Not a Bug Thracian quest reward

Hi, I've used a reward to get two harpies per hour for the next five last night that I got onto the thracian
It didn't work I don't have a single harpy My god is Hera so I don't really see the problem :s

^^ ive been negative repped for that comment, and called a noob :D :D

Its a fair question, and 9 times out of 10 when people have troop bonus's that dont work, its the reason. ;)

Spells wont put you into negative population, this is most likely why you did not receive your units.
