I was almost offended that four for the top 5 allliances (skill wise) were rated as weaker than Pros Theon. Then i saw that he was in Dead Rabbits and was overcome with incredible sympathy.

Go Elite Alliances! I can kinda get Zassalis' dislike of Phoenix of Carthage, Dead Rabbits is being used as a football right now by them...Run Rabbit Run...Otherwise we're well liked:)! Unfortunately we're concentrated in Ocean 36, so have little territory relative to others, hense the 4.

With the original leadership gone, Republic aint what it use to be.

and PG 2 used to be the Alliance of Defiance if I remember right...became PG 2 to escape war with Phoenix of Carthage.

But the fact that they are PG2 now should immediately boost their lv as high as PG ;)

small ,cohesive units that communicate and support each other are becoming a genuine entity,-rather than be lost in the multitudes of a huge alliance, smaller upstarts such as Southwest Alliance 1 are finding plenty of room to flourish> Moreover, the key to success be it large or small, is leadership, and looking at the leaderboards and this list therin, we can see leadership.
