Just a very simple request, I would like to have

made into an avatar.

As you can see, I tried doing it myself, but it doesn't look right. The original is brighter and higher quality.

well i tried to upload a 100 x 100 pic then it converted to 80 x 80 by itself
I guess mods can have a bigger avy :|
