tv Series: Lie to ME (strange frame)

I don't really think much about subliminal messages or object placement, etc ,etc. This frame from TV Series Lie To Me kind of caught my attention. I immediately thought about Ferguson riots and how media recently showed Police as bad. This episode was filmed way before.

In any case It would be nice to hear some of your thoughts...
